A hybrid model: a consulting and finance group, but also an operational project arm

The transformation of a Sub-Saharan Africa ravaged by extreme poverty and malnutrition, in the midst of a population explosion, on the brink of humanitarian chaos, and largely unindustrialized, cannot be improvised. We have therefore been working for several years to design a complex yet efficient financial framework, on a regional scale and commensurate with the major African challenge of the 21st century.
The firm Francis Journot Strategies & Finance (JSF) is primarily dedicated to leading the United States of Sub-Saharan Africa (EUAS) project. The management company (Journot American Finance or JAF) manages the investment fund that raises the capital necessary to implement the program for the industrialization of Sub-Saharan Africa. The EUAS operational arm relies on its banking subsidiary, Journot Africa Bank (JAB), and its real estate subsidiary, Journot Africa Property (JAP), to implement projects in Africa with an overarching coherence that fosters the creation of efficient regional ecosystems.
Furthermore, African growth will subsequently generate new opportunities in France. The Collectivité Nationale (CN) project will also have its own fund. While this fund will certainly not have the same level of global financial resources, it could facilitate the creation of French companies linked to the African project. It will support industrial companies capable of integrating into existing ecosystems or generating new ones (Build-up).
