Development of the external consulting services

The industrialization of Sub-Saharan Africa and the establishment of new sectors of activity in France are long-term endeavors. We will constantly have to manage new situations and challenges, adapt to advances in AI, and reevaluate our methods.
Similarly, the future of the group and its employees must not rely solely on fundraising for flagship projects, the volume of which can sometimes fluctuate due to global geopolitical shifts or suffer from a reduction in resources when partner countries default—we estimate the annual contribution from each of these five partner countries at €1.7 billion initially.
It is for these reasons that we are building a robust hybrid structure whose diverse financial resources will cushion crises throughout the 20-year project implementation period. By generating more external resources, we ensure their continuity.
Our department directors and heads of specialized divisions within JSF—who are highly qualified, experienced, and possess influential professional networks—will be tasked with developing external consulting services.
We will acquire numerous medium-sized or small but high-quality agencies to expand our centers of expertise. We have set a goal of €7 billion in annual revenue within 10 years for this business to ensure the group’s long-term sustainability.
As a next-generation consulting group built in step with the recent and revolutionary developments in Artificial Intelligence, we possess a clear competitive advantage in a struggling consulting sector that is laying off staff left and right and struggling to meet the new demands of businesses.
We must create synergy between the expertise of our senior consultants and the boldness of our junior consultants. While the former ensure contextual finesse and strategic insight, the latter—who are native experts in AI—build the technological foundations that will support our mission.
