The international structure of the Francis Journot Strategies & Finance group

The implementation of the EUAS/USSA program, a flagship project of the JSF Group, draws on France’s historical and linguistic ties to Sub-Saharan Africa, its industrial experience, and the excellence of its engineering schools, as well as on the industrial capabilities of Italy, the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The volume of fundraising required for its implementation can only be achieved from New York, the world’s leading financial center.

The subsidiaries:

Journot American Finance (JAF): Investment fund management company dedicated to the sub-Saharan project (New York). It owns the subsidiary Journot Africa Bank (JAB), which centralizes in sub-Saharan Africa the capital intended for the construction of industrial zones as well as funds allocated to loans and equity investments in local or foreign companies.

EUAS/USSA: Based in Africa, the project manager is responsible for implementing the program and managing the use of funds raised by the Journot American Finance (JAF) fund and transferred locally to Journot Africa Bank (JAB). He manages the industrial and residential park management agency, Journot Africa Property (JAP), as well as the security body, Africaine de Sécurité Défense (ASD)

Journot Collectivité Nationale (JCN): Management company for the investment fund dedicated to the Collectivité Nationale project (Paris)

JAF = international finance (funds for Africa)

JAB = operational bank in Africa

EUAS/USSA = on-the-ground management

JAP = real estate management / industrial zones

ASD = security organization
